At B and B's Hideaway Boutique, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade and custom items. Because many of our products are made to order, our return policy varies by item type.

 

Handmade Physical Items (Non-Custom)

For non-custom physical items:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom items are made specifically for you:

• All custom or personalized items are final sale

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error

Digital Products

• All digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable

• Please review product descriptions and file details before purchasing

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos of the item and packaging

• We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun

• Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible
