Digital Delivery

• Digital products are delivered electronically only

• No physical item will be shipped

• Download links are provided immediately after checkout and sent to the email address used at purchase

• Downloads are also available in your customer account if one is created

If you don’t see your download email, please check your spam or junk folder.

File Formats

Digital downloads may include (but not limited to) formats such as:

• SVG

• PNG

• PDF

• DXF

• EPS

• JPG

• LBRN2

• AI

• PSD

Included file types are clearly listed on each product page.

Usage & License

All digital downloads from B & B’s Hideaway include a commercial license for physical products only.

You MAY:

• Use the files to create physical items for personal use or resale

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, copy, distribute, or gift the digital files

• Upload files to third-party websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms

• Claim the digital designs as your own

• Sell or redistribute the digital files in any format

Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership.

Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access:

• All digital download sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on digital items
